I co-founded a modern outreach and organizing platform for non-profits, progressive campaigns, and advocacy groups — helping grow it from an idea into a profitable business. Led sales, onboarding, and client success from zero. Designed training programs and hands-on support to help non-technical teams adopt conversational AI workflows and personalized media tools. Served as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey, from initial demos through launch and ongoing optimization, ensuring they got real value from the platform. As a co-founder, I managed the full lifecycle, did whatever needed to be done, and wore many hats: strategy, compliance, go-to-market, product development, operations, and serving as a trusted advisor to partners from discovery through deployment.

I was the first employee at a peer-to-peer communication platform. Built the sales and client success organizations from scratch, growing the team from 1 to 50+. Designed scalable onboarding and training systems that enabled hundreds of campaign teams, labor unions, and advocacy organizations to deploy the platform effectively across multiple election cycles. Led through the 2020 presidential race at peak scale.

I managed all communications for a progressive congressional campaign in New York's Hudson Valley, including social media, video production, and traditional media outreach.

I provided digital organizing support to state-level campaigns. Led large-scale volunteer trainings, recruiting hundreds of supporters and converting them into active organizers on the spot — turning first-time volunteers into local team leaders running their own phone banks and canvasses. Managed the development and implementation of a peer-to-peer email recruitment tool. Produced videos to support volunteer recruitment and grassroots organizing.

I co-founded a global climate organization and grew it to a staff of 120+ with millions of supporters worldwide. Built custom technology platforms and digital infrastructure that enabled the team and thousands of volunteers across dozens of countries to organize effectively at scale. Trained and supported users across technical skill levels. Produced documentary films (Disruption, Do the Math) used as organizing tools by activists globally.
